"We had a rough start getting our insurance switched over, but with the efforts of Blanca things have really turned around and have come together. This initial review was a 1 star as things did not go well and I lost my homeowners insurance due to my roof being too old for their regional office. I had my roof replaced out of pocket, called Blanca, and she had my insurance reinstated very quickly! The rates we are getting are very competitive and it’s much better insurance than what other companies are offering, check details carefully, I would have to recommend others give this office a shot. Thank you Blanca!"

"Even though my family & I have been with State Farm for years...so disappointing how the service of level has gone down hill! I used to love Roxanna...but when I call, no notice, she automatically transfers me to Laura. Laura has a VERY strong personality as do I. Talking to her on phone or in person, we clash.
